1935, TNMP has been proud to offer exceptional community-based electric
service. Currently, TNMP provides electric service to 76 cities and more
than 216,000 customers throughout Texas.
TNMP is owned by
PNM Resources, an energy holding
company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
In
2007, TNMP’s New Mexico operations merged with PNM. PNM is New Mexico’s
largest natural gas and electricity utility, serving 490,000 natural gas
customers and 485,000 electricity customers in about 100 communities.
