Non-Requested Change of Retail Provider

If your retail provider has been changed without your permission, it can be changed back.

Please contact either retail provider - the "old" or "new" one - and ask it to enter an "inadvertent-gain MarkeTrak transaction."

TNMP cannot address this situation directly with customers. A retail provider must address the inadvertent-gain issue on your behalf.
