As part of Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) ongoing commitment to enhancing outage service quality, TNMP has proudly unveiled its latest upgrade to its outage system. TNMP Outage Notification System is designed to better the customer experience and service reliability.

Now, TNMP customers can have outage information at their fingertips. This system employs cutting-edge technology to promptly alert customers about any service interruptions, ensuring transparency and empowering users with real-time updates during unforeseen events.

Key Features of the TNMP Outage Notification System:

  1. Real-time Alerts: Customers receive immediate notification via SMS, email, or voice during any service disruptions.
  2. Customized Updates: Users can personalize notification preferences and receives updates tailored to their specific location or service plans.
  3. Enhanced Transparency: Detailed outage reports and estimated restoration times provide customers with clear and accurate information.
  4. Seamless Communication: A user-friendly interface allows for easy interaction, feedback, and reporting of issues.

“We believe this system will redefine how customers interact with TNMP and perceive their service providers during outages. It’s a testament to our continuous efforts to elevate user experience,” said Keith Nix, Vice President of Operations.

By signing up, customers will receive an outage alert as soon as TNMP confirms there is an outage in the customer’s area, regardless of what caused the outage (weather, vehicle, animal, tree, etc.). Customers will receive no more than 10 per hour and can opt out at any time.
